1st time try bloging using galaxy....

Week 7

Summary for today.

Actually i am still thinking about to choose either using blog or my own the hosting server. The problem is i make the mistake pay something before check the availability and consideration. it's like i still confuse why i can access my webhosting kasapsky.laju.my and nemaxis.laju.my even cant login via they control panel. It make hard to create database since you to log in to control panel for setting your database, webmail and subdomains. I already pay to this company webhosting provider hoslaju.com, and send the email but they seem not response about it I feel frustrated because cannot login to their control panel because account suspended. Seems like they close their services but still taking people money. But maybe i will try wait another day and see what will they do.. This sometime give me review that low cost hosting might be like this. Cheap price also mean cheap services. daa 

After testing and configured my startup company website, i found that many things about this decision:

Web hosting

• the design and cms are good but it's will become difficult to setup when your hosting got problem like i mention above. integrity data not secure
• will consume extra fee for maintenance and migration  
• headache
• good for database and backup
• good front end script like joomla and tomatocart
• low traffic since you need to advertise alone and consume more expenses for advertising this site
• it's useless when got "advance website but less customer and low profit"
• found a lot about cloud and new cloud mysql database. It's sometime good for security and backup

Blog

• simple and catchy
• easy to setup
• no good for cms and database, since it's not dynamic site
• less work and no headache setup
• no worry about data and online
• high traffic 
• it's free
• low maintenance fee so can concentrate to advertising and lot potential customer

So, i summarise and decide to make catchy blog for my business site, and later on target for hosting. Now i divided to 4 site group

1. kasapsky-mnc.blogspot.com as main custom tshirt site for marketing
2. kasapsky.blogspot.com as journal blog to track and revision
3. fhazfm.blogspot.com as radio streaming will be terminate and merge with kasapsky-mnc.blogspot.com
4. kasapsky.laju.my will be as reference and testing website
5. nemaxis.laju.my will be currently official website to control cms and as company reference site
6. fhazfm.hl.my will be hacking and trial site since got 100G space.... hehe

For data cloud:

1. Skynet will be document cloud space 25G
2. glideos will be entertainment and media cloud since have 30G free space
3. dropbox and sugarsync will be important small document and picture 2.9G + 6G
4. idrive will be pdf storage 5G
5. 4sync will be harem cloud since got 15G
6. googledrive reserve 5G
7. ubuntu1 will handle important document have 5G
8. mediafire i dono what to do since it usless

Now 1 phase "discovery project" is almost done. We will move on to 2nd phase "annihilation market". 3rd phase will be call "alternate dimension" and final phase will be "ultimate conquered"

Wednesday Morning

Good morning. Hehe. Terasa lama juga tidak update blog ni. Almaklumla sibuk dengan cita-cita luar biasa nak setup company sendiri. Maybe agak slow juga sebab nak startup without large capital, modal yang besar dengan loan. All start from 0. Memang ingin cuba sedaya upaya setup company sendiri tanpa gunakan loan or cagaran. Means tiada hutang. So bila dah start tanpa modal yang besar kira everything kena buat sendiri from scratch. Kadang-kadang terasa seronok juga bila everyday learn something new. Macam2 juga blaja and explore new technology such as POS(point of sale), UBS (user business system) agak serabut juga sebab nak manage account macam dalam buku ledjar then transfer to computer, sync and accessible. So i learn something new about license and open source software. Which one is better and not complicated. Then finally find the best accounting system such as quickbook from intuit. Why i said that cause hacker ni kadang2 diorg memilih juga. Diorang lagi suka hacked software yang berbaloi then bagus daripada hack software yang lemau such as *tut* . So for my summary, if you want to find cracked for license software, if there is no crack it's not mean that software security was powerful, it's mean that software are useless and not worth to crack it. Haha

So now my progress dah 10%, for my indicator. Because i need to more developing and search upcoming system for my future. Exactly my mission is does not just want to sell tshirt online, it's just for starter. Sekurang-kurangnya ada something untuk dijual dan experiment sementara menunggu process development. I expected it's will be take 2-3 years for fully operational, so in this 2-3 years it's better to gain some profit other than nothing. Because research and developing consume more cost such as for hardware, technology, server and etc. Macam sekarang dah berjaya sync data with cloud system, guna remote app from galaxy tab and ipad. Everything now wireless event printing. So sekarang kalau keluar minum dekat kedai kopi pun dah boleh organize order dan buat kerja. It's something fun actually. Memang tak perasan kadang2 masa berlalu dengan pantas. 

Actually my idea is developing  virtual company with systematic system. So it's mean i can run my big company with small staff  effectively and less consumption and overhead cost such as rental, utility and asset. It's mean that i just has items and product which can sold directly with cheapest price excluding overhead cost and expenses. Kira barang yang harga Rm40 i can jual dalam harga Rm20 sebab tiada kos sewa, cukai dan pekerja. Sebab kadang-kadang terpikir balik kita patut mengejar era 2020, why kita kena pandang benda kebelakang balik. Macam buka kedai retail cara tradisional, then serabut kepala nak kena bayar sewa kedai, utility, nak kena buang masa tunggu customer, customer pun xramai + cerewet, orang kedai sebelah dengki-mendengki letak mandrem....then people keep jealous and phd. Your supply kena subotaj dengan kastam, Majlis daerah, polis datang pow. Bila buka gerai di pasar malam berebut tapak, ini tapak bapak aku punya la, atok sedara aku punya la, nenek aku punya tapak la, padahal tapak awam siapa2 boleh jual. Ni siap nenek dia plak claim tapak tu nenek dia punya, orang lain tidak boleh ambik. "Bila masa pulak nenek dia ni berniaga?"

So when i see the future, kalau dapat setup virtual company, everything automatic an secure. Kira sambil goyang kaki ke, gi melancong pun leh run business. kan bes. That's why i start develop it rite now walaupun orang lain mengata. sebab bila tengok inspirasi idola macam Bill gates, Jobs, Mark memang terasa bersemangat. Sebab it's true rasa sengsara gila bila kita bentangkan idea tapi orang tidak paham dan perlekehkan. So i take their advice if i cannot presenting it, i will show it. Senang cite kalau cakap xpaham, better kita tunjukan je.

Melalut la pulak. Basically my idea is developing consultant company. Macam sekarang my father dah ade kontrak company, my brother pun ade syarikat sendiri walaupun terumbang ambing sebabkan duit, thats why i decide to prepare in future if i can prepare incoming worst for both my family company so i boleh backup. In the same time i can progress berbakti dan membangunkan tanah tumpah kelahiran sendiri. Xdelah idup semata-mata nak bangunkan KL je bandaraya cina. Sebab in future KL je yg maju, tempat2 lain mundur. 1 lagi i see this area are strategic for supply business in south area, sebab from here to go KL, JB, Melaka, Seremban and Kuantan take same time and same distance. beza maybe 1-2 Hours. Memang strategic untuk cover all area in South. So potential besar sebab tanah sini pun xmahal and luas. Memang suitable for warehouse sebab dekat dengan Port Klang, Tanjung Pelepas and Pasir Gudang. Cloth manufacturing pun banyak dekat area Batu pahat and JB. Printing supply pun banyak from Melaka and JB.

So if kalo ade modal memang macam2 boleh buat. Tapi xpe, usaha itu tangga kejayaan. Tidak rugi bagi orang2 yang sabar dan bertawakal. 

Kesimpulanya nak citer pasal benda lain, but tulis benda lain pulak. panjang pulak introduction. Sebenarnya i just keep wondering why jual barang yang sama, sama quality, sama supplier cuma beza penjual je. Orang sanggup beli benda yang mahal padahal everything sama cuma beza harga je. Sebab si A dgn si B jual barang sama, xde beza dan bukan tiruan. Both original and come from same supplier. Si A jual harga rm20 bersama design cop. Si B jual harga Rm40 kosong. Tetapi orang tetap beli drp Si B sebab pandang pada harga yang mahal. Beli kerana harga tapi bukan kerana quality.

haih manusia, oh manusia.

No more stupid Ads..

Yeah... no more stupid ads... depa semua kaki kencing. Nuffnang, adsense, sama je... bila tiba masa nak cash out, macam2 alasan diorg beri. Rejected la, account disable. Dah nompang free pastu xmo bayaq. So finally, congratulation to nuffnang and adsense sebab berjaya menipu bloger2 semua. Iklan anda boleh berambus sekarang...muahahahaha (pelik juga dah 4 kali cash out asyik reject je, ape cer. Yg google adsense lagi best bila tiba masa nak cash out terus depa disable account sebab invalid clicks. padahal gua dah pacak iklan dia since 2006. Baru tahun ni nak dapat terus disable. Bagus punye google..)

Updates

Hai dude. It's is long time no posting or updating this blog since December 2011. Yes i am busy with my set up my own company and research. I'm serous with it. Now i successful open my own on-line business hobby selling tshirt online. You can visit either my online mall http://kasapsky.easy.my/ or facebook http://www.facebook.com/TShirtHeatPress. It's quite new and no experience but i will keep it grow. This give me hope to start rather waiting for doing nothing. Now it's quite busy to control and handle it since i need to create proper systematic system with data sync and updates, so later it's can grow to big company without having limitation cause of data migration, staff development and standard application protocol.

Yeah, i am excited to create this company. Because i keep learning and experting with market growing and online technology. Now we got secure and stable internet line, with high-speed broadband, so it's waste if we don't use what we learn at Utp and not improve our skill and knowledge. I am excited because now we got cloud system with offer us free storage like Skydrive 25G, Dropbox 2G-18G if buddy join link by your account, Ubuntu One 5G. Total free 32G online storage. For me it's good and easy for my work and company to sync and update data via online. No need to bring heavy hardisk, or pendrive any more. Also it's good for backup. It's might be concert about security but for me as long as it easy my work, it's doesn't matter.

Now the web app is interesting and they grow a lot since i left utp. i keep asking my self why this thing not come early? haha. Now for me it's new era for language code. 4 generation for me since there is no need for hardcore, everything already setup in template such as joomla, tomatocart, php point of sales, erp, ecm. So just give tweak and little touch up for interface. This system already perfect plus it's free so don't need to worry relying in heavy cost system with complicated database and structure. When your database stuck, no recovery or change site to another apps. For my experiece it's sometime good to use open source because the data can be migrated in future. They never lock your database for only use their same program like microsoft or sage.

To tell you actually there is a lot achievement and progress i discover. So i will update later. Now it's to many thing need to configure and setup. So i expected this 2-3 months my business can run smoothly and keep growing. I hope so since i am bit left about current gadget technology because don't have money, no job, no bit salary and career like others, but it give me more motivated to fight and survive. I want to show the world who am i and what i can do for this world. Might be now i m loser but that is't not mean future i can't be the winner. Who knows.

p/s: Currently waiting for new capital, so can bought new ipad3 and new rig system. I impatient to wait this both gadget to configure with my new business. hehe
