So now my progress dah 10%, for my indicator. Because i need to more developing and search upcoming system for my future. Exactly my mission is does not just want to sell tshirt online, it's just for starter. Sekurang-kurangnya ada something untuk dijual dan experiment sementara menunggu process development. I expected it's will be take 2-3 years for fully operational, so in this 2-3 years it's better to gain some profit other than nothing. Because research and developing consume more cost such as for hardware, technology, server and etc. Macam sekarang dah berjaya sync data with cloud system, guna remote app from galaxy tab and ipad. Everything now wireless event printing. So sekarang kalau keluar minum dekat kedai kopi pun dah boleh organize order dan buat kerja. It's something fun actually. Memang tak perasan kadang2 masa berlalu dengan pantas.
Actually my idea is developing virtual company with systematic system. So it's mean i can run my big company with small staff effectively and less consumption and overhead cost such as rental, utility and asset. It's mean that i just has items and product which can sold directly with cheapest price excluding overhead cost and expenses. Kira barang yang harga Rm40 i can jual dalam harga Rm20 sebab tiada kos sewa, cukai dan pekerja. Sebab kadang-kadang terpikir balik kita patut mengejar era 2020, why kita kena pandang benda kebelakang balik. Macam buka kedai retail cara tradisional, then serabut kepala nak kena bayar sewa kedai, utility, nak kena buang masa tunggu customer, customer pun xramai + cerewet, orang kedai sebelah dengki-mendengki letak mandrem....then people keep jealous and phd. Your supply kena subotaj dengan kastam, Majlis daerah, polis datang pow. Bila buka gerai di pasar malam berebut tapak, ini tapak bapak aku punya la, atok sedara aku punya la, nenek aku punya tapak la, padahal tapak awam siapa2 boleh jual. Ni siap nenek dia plak claim tapak tu nenek dia punya, orang lain tidak boleh ambik. "Bila masa pulak nenek dia ni berniaga?"
So when i see the future, kalau dapat setup virtual company, everything automatic an secure. Kira sambil goyang kaki ke, gi melancong pun leh run business. kan bes. That's why i start develop it rite now walaupun orang lain mengata. sebab bila tengok inspirasi idola macam Bill gates, Jobs, Mark memang terasa bersemangat. Sebab it's true rasa sengsara gila bila kita bentangkan idea tapi orang tidak paham dan perlekehkan. So i take their advice if i cannot presenting it, i will show it. Senang cite kalau cakap xpaham, better kita tunjukan je.
Melalut la pulak. Basically my idea is developing consultant company. Macam sekarang my father dah ade kontrak company, my brother pun ade syarikat sendiri walaupun terumbang ambing sebabkan duit, thats why i decide to prepare in future if i can prepare incoming worst for both my family company so i boleh backup. In the same time i can progress berbakti dan membangunkan tanah tumpah kelahiran sendiri. Xdelah idup semata-mata nak bangunkan KL je bandaraya cina. Sebab in future KL je yg maju, tempat2 lain mundur. 1 lagi i see this area are strategic for supply business in south area, sebab from here to go KL, JB, Melaka, Seremban and Kuantan take same time and same distance. beza maybe 1-2 Hours. Memang strategic untuk cover all area in South. So potential besar sebab tanah sini pun xmahal and luas. Memang suitable for warehouse sebab dekat dengan Port Klang, Tanjung Pelepas and Pasir Gudang. Cloth manufacturing pun banyak dekat area Batu pahat and JB. Printing supply pun banyak from Melaka and JB.
So if kalo ade modal memang macam2 boleh buat. Tapi xpe, usaha itu tangga kejayaan. Tidak rugi bagi orang2 yang sabar dan bertawakal.
Kesimpulanya nak citer pasal benda lain, but tulis benda lain pulak. panjang pulak introduction. Sebenarnya i just keep wondering why jual barang yang sama, sama quality, sama supplier cuma beza penjual je. Orang sanggup beli benda yang mahal padahal everything sama cuma beza harga je. Sebab si A dgn si B jual barang sama, xde beza dan bukan tiruan. Both original and come from same supplier. Si A jual harga rm20 bersama design cop. Si B jual harga Rm40 kosong. Tetapi orang tetap beli drp Si B sebab pandang pada harga yang mahal. Beli kerana harga tapi bukan kerana quality.
