Annual Report

This is my first annual report. Macam tak percaya sekejap je dah setahun. Just for sharing something new that i learn about marketing strategy.
Organic Vs Paid advertising

The paid is zero because i stop paying. All marketing doing using free ads method. So it prove that if you have knowledge, you can boost your reach market with free cost. As long as you want to learn and no give up.

When the Internet start came along, marketing groups research tried to find the best way to “market” for Internet-savvy users. This allowed them to create a home-grown marketing strategy, at very little cost, that kept customers thinking of and referring to a web site over and over again. So How come Organic Marketing be applied to our business?

Having started a handful of businesses over the years, we are aware of the limitations of advertising which is promoting to a general market (government restriction, big competitor). In order to succeed in today’s business environment, your company and your customers need more.

Much like in the real estate business, there are three things that matter in the online business and in most businesses; relationship,connection, network and friends..

Make it easy for customers to contact you – ‘Easy Buttons’, live chat, instant messaging..
Label ALL equipment/products sold with your customer service 800 number and web site.
Start looking at your customer complaints or problems as a way to make changes in your business.
Share your knowledge, invite customers to share their's too, make them feel a part of your team family
