• Login to your Blog Admin and Create New post (in Blogspot you have to login to www.blogger.com and click a new post / in Wordpress you can click new post or add new)
• Open Yahoo Messenger Emoticons List (Hidden available) - Just click the link please
• Now choose what the emoticons that you wanna add to your blog
• Drag and Drop to the New Post page (Blogger use Compose editor, Wordpress use Visual editor) - See the picture above
